Inika Lash Battle: Find Your Perfect Mascara
We all love a good mascara, but is organic mascara really up to the task? We put some of our favourites to the test.
The Drama Queen

‘ Long Lash’ - conical brush with a fairly dense formula for a dramatic lash look.
Great angled brush so it’s easy to get into corners to get an even coating, and get the colour on quickly.
Our Take: The most lengthening mascara falls short in the volume department - this definitely exceeds what we imagine when we say ‘organic mascara.’
The Supermodel
- ‘Bold lash’ - straight brush and a fairly light formula, so suits those who don’t like clumps. Long, sleek, sexy lashes. We need to say - GREAT lengthening. Cancel that lash extension appointment because this mascara has totally got you.
Our Take: Wow! The lashes actually look longer on that eye! For us, we’re impressed.
The Classic
- ‘The Mascara’ - subtle hourglass wand with a light to medium formula.
Glides on easily, buildable volume.Suits thinner lashes that need a little building up. Perfect for everyday wear.
Our Take: great everyday mascara, builds well and lasts all day.
The Siren
- ‘Curvy Lash’ - ( pictured in blue, available in black and brown as well) curved brush and thickish formula for ultimate lift.
Didn’t need lash curlers for this! Best for those who like a more dramatic lash look.
Our Take: Like a push up bra for your lashes. Bonus Points: we love the blue! It’s subtle enough to wear everyday but feels fresh and pretty.
The Verdict
These formulas definitely give a traditional mascara a run for its money - get your lashes locked and loaded!
